The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Sutherland office. Running a desk, you will be responsible for actively marketing our services to clients and creating opportunities for candidates.
Requirements of the role
- Previous recruitment agency experience OR B2B business development experience
- The ability to deliver high quality outcomes for your clients and candidates
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong solutions focus
- Tenacity and self-motivation and the ability to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills through prospecting, securing new business opportunities, closing sales as well as maintaining a sales pipeline
Each of our consultants has an average of ten years experience with SouthTech and come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all share a common spirit that is smart, entrepreneurial, innovative, professional and service-oriented.
