Prior to joining SouthTech Personnel Sarah spent 12 years with a service organisation in which she held 3 significant roles. Of most relevance was her 6 years as Business Development Manager for a key division. Sarah believes in the value of building long term open relationships where honesty and integrity are part of the business process for both parties and it is a key strength she utilises today.
Sarah joined SouthTech in April 2001 and primarily recruits and places technical staff in all disciplines of the Mechanical, Electrical, Chemistry and technical fields.
Sarah’s strengths lie in her passion, tenacity and commitment to providing beneficial and innovative solutions to clients and candidates alike.

Michael joined SouthTech in 2005 and has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and 10 years with Sydney Water as a Structural Technician and Marketing Manager Design. Michael has exceptional people skills, a strong engineering background and an enthusiastic and innovative approach to recruitment. With Michael's extensive marketing experience he understands the importance of delivering a service that always exceeds both client and candidates expectations. Michael is qualified in Structural Engineering, Marketing and Business Planning.
