Contracting rates
Contract work is charged at hourly rates, which depend on the qualifications and competence of the worker. These rates apply to work performed at your premises or at a project site. Rates for work performed at remote sites may include a loading for accommodation.
Contract workers record in a book the hours they work for your organisation. You have their supervisor check and sign this record as the basis for calculating their fees.

Transferring contractors to staff
After you hire a contract worker through our agency, you may decide you want to employ that worker full time. You may transfer a contractor to your staff during the hiring period or within six months afterwards, for a reduced recruitment fee.
If you transfer a hired person from us to your permanent staff during the hiring period or within six months of it, we will reduce our recruitment fee, by 1% for every 3 months the person has been on hire, to a minimum of 5% of the person's salary or $5000.00, whichever is the greater, depending on the number of months that person has worked under contract for your organisation. 

Direct Hire of Contractors
Should you wish to engage a contractor introduced to you either directly or indirectly through a third party or through another division or subsidiary of your company, then a one-off introduction fee of $5000.00 will apply.

Recruiting Fees

Our placement fee for the recruitment of a permanent staff member ranges from 15%-20% (depending on your requirement) of the gross annual salary package offered, including superannuation and any other financial allowances or benefits offered. This fee covers all normal advertising and costs of recruitment search and assessment. Specialised advertising and testing, if requested, is charged at cost.
