Permanent Placement Terms & Conditions
Our Permanent placement fee ranges from 15%-20% (depending on your requirement) of the gross annual salary package offered, including superannuation and allowances, as follows:
This fee covers all normal recruitment searches, advertising and assessment costs.
Specialised advertising and or testing, if requested, will incur extra expenses charged at cost.
All candidate introductions are confidential.
You will be responsible for the full 15%-20% fee should you, any related company or person, engage or hire, in whatever capacity, any candidate introduced to you within 12 months of the introduction date.
Any appointment arising from candidate information being passed onto or introduced to any other party, without written consent from SouthTech Personnel, will result in the full fee of 15%-20% being charged to you, the original client.
Please Note: We are prepared to offer discounts on multiple placements and on ‘early bird’ placements. Please enquire with your consultant for full details.
GUARANTEE
Should the appointee leave your employ for any reason within 3 months, we undertake to provide a free suitable replacement, within 4 weeks of your written notification and request, providing that: -
The original fee was paid in full within 7 days of the appointed applicants starting date.
You provide at least 7 days written notice of the appointed applicant leaving.
The departure or termination of the appointed applicant is not due to any change to original position requirement, company restructuring or redundancy.
SouthTech Personnel has exclusive right to the replacement required.
A written request for a replacement is made within 1 calendar month of the appointed applicant leaving.
The replacement required is based on the original job specification.
Should no replacement be required or appointed through SouthTech Personnel you will be credited by cheque, or have a credit issued on your next placement, on the following basis:
Up to 6 weeks of the guarantee period – 50% of the original placement fee paid. Thence, on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the guarantee period
Please Note:-
Guarantee is only available on the original appointed applicant.
Any candidate engaged or re hired, in whatever capacity, within 12 months of their termination date will incur the original full 15%-20% placement fee.
GST will be applied to the above mentioned full permanent placement fee.
ADVERTISING
Any requested client paid advertising will be charged at cost and will be payable in full, within 7 days of receipt of invoice, irrespective of the outcome of the recruitment procedure.
Terms and conditions above apply from January 2008, although we reserve the right to vary them at any time without notice.
