Recruitment Methodology

Our recruitment methodology developed and refined over the past 30 years is a structured model that ensures consistency with process and approach. When assessing a candidate for a cultural or environmental fit with an organisation or team, the Consultant works closely with the line managers and HR to identify the standards and profile of staff currently in the environment.

Our consultants conduct pre-screening over the telephone, asking specific targeted questions to gain an insight into the candidate’s suitability for the role. They are then invited into our offices for a detailed behavioural based interview. At this point, we also ask to view a copy of their driver’s license, transcripts and authorisation to work in Australia if required.
